Must Try! Very Mavelicious!
Ingredients:
2.5 cup of rice
shredded mushroom (about 5 pcs)
shredded dried cuttlefish (50g)
half cabbage
1 pc of chicken breast meat (dice)
dried shrimps ( as your liking)
Seasoning:
1 cube of chicken stock
a little bit of light soy sauce
a dash of seasame oil
a dash of dark soy sauce (optional)
- Soak mushroom, dried shrimps n cuttlefish.
- Heat Wok then fried all ingredients except cabbage.
- Add all seasoning n stir fry till it's well mixed.
- Pour everything into cooker plus about 2 bowls of water.
- Stir fry cabbage till half cooked.
- When rice is almost cooked. Mix cabbage into the rice.
- Let the rice cooker do the rest of the work.
